A 40-page multimedia poetry zine written and designed by Ariana Brown, After Poems chronicles the author's worst breakup and move back to Texas during the COVID-19 pandemic. These visual poems document love, emotional abuse, the messy work of grief, and attempts at survival. After Poems is layered with poems, selfies, photos of daily life, sayings, and digital illustrations. It is an account of growing up; of a Saturn return; of discovering who you are after the worst thing you can imagine has happened.
